Brad Hoffman, DPM

Dr. Brad Hoffman is a board certified physician by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, is a board qualified surgeon by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a board certified wound specialist physician by the American Board of Wound Management.

In 2012, Dr. Hoffman graduated from Juniata College with a degree in Biology and Psychology. He graduated with his medical degree from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. He then completed a three year residency at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center, at which he remains affiliated as a training resource for the current residency program.

Dr. Hoffman has a personal connection with diabetic wound care and limb salvage and is certified in treatments for both forefoot and rearfoot conditions.

Douglas Dockery, DPM

Dr. Douglas Dockery is a 2000 graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, now known as Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Dockery completed his residency at the University Hospital Health Systems in Cleveland Ohio, and is trained in forefoot and rear foot reconstructive foot surgery and diabetic limb salvage. He is board certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery. He has been published for his work with diabetic wound healing, and has presented his work with cartilage replacement at the International Cartilage Repair Society. Dr. Dockery has also been recognized for his work with the Department of Veterans Affairs at a national level for his work with the Information Technology Conference for VA virtual hospitals. Dr. Dockery has held many academic affiliations (Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine, Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine) and still continues to teach podiatric and medical residents.

Ernest Paul Luczkowski, DPM

Dr. Ernest Paul Luczkowski, DPM, is a dedicated podiatrist at the Foot and Ankle Clinic of the Virginias, with offices in Beckley and Princeton, WV, and Bluefield, VA. He earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and his medical degree from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Luczkowski completed his residency at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL, and is currently board-qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, with board certification expected by the end of 2024. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).

Dr. Luczkowski is passionate about all aspects of podiatry, especially diabetic wound care and limb preservation, as well as Charcot reconstruction. Originally from Philadelphia, he now lives in Beckley, WV, where he enjoys the outdoors with his family, engaging in activities like rafting, hiking, and rock climbing. An avid Philadelphia sports fan, Dr. Luczkowski combines his love for sports with a profound commitment to his patients and their diverse needs.

James Chianese, DPM

James Chianese, DPM is a board certified surgeon that is dedicated to general podiatric medicine, as well as foot and ankle surgery. He earned his education at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2001. After, he completed his residency at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, OH in 2003.

Joseph Protain, DO

Dr. Joseph Protain earned his degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, a private non-profit university in Kansas City, Missouri. The institution provides undergraduate and graduate degrees in biomedical sciences, health sciences, and allied health professions and is affiliated with the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Marshal Gwynn, DPM

Dr. Marshal Gwynn is a board qualified surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. he graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. Dr. Gwynn completed is surgical residency at United Health Services Hospitals in Johnson City, Ny in 2013. He currently is affiliated with the podiatric surgical residency program at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Martin M. Mrozek, DPM

Dr. Martin M. Mrozek brings a profound personal and professional dedication to podiatry, driven by his own early foot issues which fostered a deep passion for the field. He completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, followed by a comprehensive residency at Mercer County that focused on both rotating and surgical aspects of podiatry. Now a Board Certified podiatrist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (APMA), Dr. Mrozek practices at Fayette Foot and Ankle Clinic in Fayetteville, which has recently combined with The Foot and Ankle Clinic of the Virginias, a division of USFAS. His expertise and commitment to patient care not only make him a pivotal member of the local medical community but also fuel his enjoyment in helping patients enhance their mobility and overall quality of life.

Richard W. Conley, DPM

Dr. Richard Conley is originally from Canton, OH but now resides in Blacksburg, VA. He completed his undergraduate degree from Kent State University, followed by podiatric school at KSUCPM – Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Conley completed his foot and ankle training with a residency at University Hospitals Regional Medical Centers.

Dr. Conley is very passionate about the field of podiatry and its unique specialty in medicine. Treating various lower extremity problems makes a difference in the patients’ quality of life. He enjoys treating a wide variety of podiatric conditions, including: bunions, flat feet hammertoes, Achilles tendon problems, foot fractures, ingrown toenails, skin disorders and diabetic foot care. He also enjoys the challenge of healing wounds that can be difficult to treat.

Outside of work, Dr. Conley enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. They love visiting museums and science centers.

Timothy Donatelli, DPM

Timothy Donatelli, DPM is a board certified surgeon that specializes in general podiatric medicine, orthopedics and foot and ankle surgery. He graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999. Dr. Donatelli completed his residency at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, OH in 2001.

Seth Craft, DPM

Dr. Seth Craft graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2008. Dr Craft completed his residency at Case Western Reserve in Youngstown, Ohio, and is trained in foot and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. He is board certified in both foot and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Craft has special interests in arthroscopy and ankle replacement.

William Weily, DPM

Dr. William Weily is a 2005 graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, now known as Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Weily completed a three year surgical residency at the Louis Stokes VA in Cleveland, Ohio, and is trained in forefoot and rear foot reconstructive foot surgery, diabetic limb salvage with a specialty in wound care.

He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, the American Board of Wound Management, and is also a Fellow of the Academy of Wound Healing Physicians. Dr. Weily has written multiple articles in peer review publications. Prior to moving to Charleston, West Virginia, Dr. Weily practiced in Erie, Pennsylvania for over 12 years where he was an active member within the medical community.

He was on staff at UPMC Hamot, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Millcreek Community Hospital, Meadville Medical Center and area wound clinics. Dr. Weily also participated in training podiatric residents at area hospitals. Dr. Weily is currently on staff at CAMC General Hospital, CAMC Memorial Hospital and Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
